Hello Vijaypur Alumnus,
Thank you for all the encouraging feedbacks. The strength of this organization solely depends on alumnus like you who think this organization can have a positive impact in our individual lives and the society at large. We have so far managed to connect our alumnus online world wide which is definately been great and rewarding, but due to lack of formal body we haven't been able to do much in Dharan or in anywhere else. There used to be effective programs few years back, but now I can't say that is the case. No matter how far and wide we travel, as an alumnus we root back to Vijapypur School. To strengthen our solidarity, to better educate our younger alumnus through direct participation in organizatonal structure, and to grow faster, quicker - we need a formal body in Dharan or in Kathmandu. Just to let you know, I left a note in facebook stating the same theme and Rohit Rai has responded positively. We believe in the same idealistic view point. Folks! we like to hear you as well. Failure in the past should not hinder us, but having learned our lesson, we shall reunite vigoriously, better organize ourselves and set higer goals. All the best...

Congratulation for the wonderful site, I am happy to see people from the 1st batch involved in this site. Do let me know if there is anyway I can support and contribute.
Reema Shrestha - 5th batch, Kathmandu, Nepal (Nov 9, 2008)
Dear Members,
Couple of things I like to respond to. Primarily about possiblility of VAA get-together in US. I really think it is possible to have a VAA get-together once in a year. It stilll is an open discussion at this point and more follow up opinion from interested people will certainly help put things in perspective. Dallas can be an ideal venue since many members reside there. Let us know what you think.
Secondly, Veritas is dying without your articles. Unleash your passion and send your writings. I can't emphasize more than this that these old articles need to be replaced with new ones immediately.
Members need to think about VAA's organizational structure as well. I know this website is doing tremendious job in uniting members fom all over the world, but remember we don't have a formal body in Dharan, nor anywhere else. Isn't that sad?
What are the possibilities? Think VAA. Until next time...Namaste!

Yes, posting dashain photos seem to be a good idea.
Please convey the idea and have yourself and your friends send pictures to vaaonline.com
Cheers!!!!
Binod Rijal - 1st batch, Dallas (Oct 2, 2008)
OK, I don't want to wish anyone because a lot of ppl will do it.
Why I'm taking your time is....can we all post our festive pictures on this site so that they can be put together...say in a ['65 Dasai pix folder] so that everyone of us can view.
(This sounds like a great idea; anybody interested to share their photos can send them to admin@vaaonline.com and we will create a section featuring the festival photos. -Admin)

Dear All,
This morning I had sms exchanges with our old time teacher Mr. Damodar Upadhyaya. He was inquiring about Dorjee of 5th Batch regarding complication of his eyes and is extremely happy to learn from me that Sumi Maskey of 2nd or 3rd Batch and Pujan Maskey of 5th Batch was recently recruited at the International Organization for Migration, Damak, Nepal which will principally help in the resettlement of Bhutanese Refugees in Nepal. Anyone interested to talk with Mr. Upadhyaya can call him at +977 9841690585. On request for his email address he told me that he'll soon sign up a new email address which will be made available for all.
Rohit Rai - 5th batch, Biratnagar, Nepal (June 6, 2008)
Nice to have a way to contact to the school frens but don't know why the list are so small for each batch. Just a suggestion, to let everyone know of this website, they should be aware of this site while leaving the school.

HAPPY FRIENDSHIP DAY.............
If you should die before me,
ask if you could bring a friend.
If you live to be a hundred,
I want to live to be a hundred minus one day,
so I never have to live,
without you.
True friendship is like sound health;
the value of it is seldom known
until it is lost.

Hi All,
Nice to see the site up and running. I have been following it's development. It is hard to maintain and run especially when you are living abroad. Big Thanks to Mukunda. I know the difficulties as I have tried to do the similar few years back but could not keep it up.
Let's keep this going. All needed is the support.
Keep updating......I will try to compile the folks from Downunder and make it happen.
